LOCATION: The luxury apartment hotel is located on the road connecting Agios Gordios (2.5 km) to Paramonas (about 2 km), below the small traditional mountain village Pentati (about 1 km.). The building is located beneath a mountain in the middle of an olive grove. A rental car or scooter is absolutely necessary, because there is no bus service. Due to the low volume of traffic it is also very quiet.
THE COMPLEX: DHE INVESTMENT: The little four-storey apartment hotel has 4 units, 2 studios on the ground floor, 1 apartment on the first floor, one larger apartment (two bedrooms + living room + kitchen) in the second floor and an apartment in which the owner lives. Sleeps 10 - 18 people.
There is a large swimming pool with children's area. On the adjacent lawn area are some children's play equipment, such as Slide and seesaw.
SERVICE: 6x per week was thoroughly cleaned, the towels and even bathrobes daily.
Facilities: reception, internet corner, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, Design Interiors, DVD player, hair dryer, safe.
Super suitable for several families wishing to holiday together.
Also for people who are looking for nature, peace and recreation. Ideal starting point for hiking, as it is located directly at the Corfu Pass.. This is a hiking trail that runs through the entire island.
