The Yannis beach houses consist of 4 separate cottages, on a large plot, directly on the wide, sandy beach of Agios Gordios, and is ideal for those guests who want to experience a relaxed Beach holiday close to the sea.
The 4 cottages are located at the North corner of the Bay, in a quiet location, directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Agios Gordios, on a 8,000 sqm property with Mediterranean planting. Inside the property there is a lot of open space for guests, lawn, garden furniture and outdoor shower facilities available. This absolutely quiet location guarantees rest and relaxation!!
The equipment of the holiday houses is simple.
In this area there are only a few few private vacation properties and no hotels. Supermarkets, restaurants, taverns, as well as various leisure activities are within walking distance. A rental car is therefore not strictly necessary.

Apartment cleaning, towels and bed linen is changed twice a week.

	Beach house 2 (for 2-4 people) One separate bedroom. Living area with sofa beds for 2 additional people. Air conditioning, Internet access, Satellite TV. Large, well-equipped eat-in kitchen (electrical stove, fridge, coffee maker, table, chairs, etc. Bathroom (shower / WC). Total living area approx 40 sqm. Outdoor shower. Large terrace with comfortable patio furniture. Shady side terrace. Direct access to the beach.

	Beach house 3 (for 4 pers.) Max. 4 persons. Two separate bedrooms. Air conditioning, Internet access, Satellite TV. Separate, large well equipped dining kitchen (electrical stove, fridge, coffee maker, table, chairs, etc.) Bathroom (shower / WC). Total living area approx 50 sqm. Terrace with comfortable patio furniture. Outdoor shower. Direct access to the beach. Beach house 3 also available with an adjoining studio.

	Beach house 4 (max. 4 - 5 pers.) Max. 4 - 5 persons. Two separate bedrooms. Living / dining room. Air conditioning, Internet access, Satellite TV. Separate, large well equipped dining kitchen (electrical stove, fridge, coffee maker, table, chairs, etc. Bathroom (shower / WC). Total living area approx 60 sqm. Terrace with comfortable patio furniture. Outdoor Shower. Direct access to the beach.

	Studio ( 2 - 3 Pers.) A separate bedroom. Living / dining room with sofa bed for 1 person. Air conditioning, Internet access, Satellite TV. Separate kitchen (electrical stove, fridge, coffee maker, table, chairs, etc). Bathroom (shower / WC). Total living area approx 40 sqm. Terrace with comfortable patio furniture. Outdoor shower. Direct access to the beach. The Studio also bookable with an adjoining beach house 3.

Extra bed and baby bed is free of charge.
*In the Beachhouse Yannis 1 there is an additional charge of 15 euros per day for the additional 6th person.
