Direct access to the gently sloping almost private natural sandy beach, where you can swim in crystal clear water.
HOUSE: This beach house is 220 sqm and consists of 2 separate apartments (each 110 sqm, one on the ground and the other on the 1st floor) and is located on a fenced 4000 sqm plot with a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 families who want to spend the holiday together. 
OUTDOORS: Garden house with summer kitchen and large table, barbecue area, outdoor showers, fountains and a gazebo on the beach. Enjoy a perfect holiday atmosphere with beach and garden directly in front of your door.

Nearest tavern (beautiful Beach taverne Avra and Kapodistrias) in Prasoudi be reached from the beach long after about 200 m, Chalikouna (about 3 km) and Paramonas beach (about 3km). Nearest Minimarket in Prasoudi beach or direction Messonghi (2km). Nearest large supermarkets about 3 km (in Agios Mattheos).
Parking is available.
Cleaning, towels and bed linen is changed twice a week.
